Rise and shine with these amazing breakfast restaurants in Puerto Morelos.

Las Robles

Av Javier Rojo Gomez 77580

This lovely bohemian restaurant specializes in serving incredible vegetarian and vegan dishes all made with natural ingredients. Their refreshing smoothies and juices are to die for. Our personal favorite was their Wholesome juice – a blend of walnut, almond, raisins, coconut, strawberries, and oranges. We also tried the Classic Plus sandwich with fresh avocado, raw tomatoes, panela cheese, and a side of crispy potato wedges. And of course, we had to try their famous Mandala Amazing Fruit, which indeed was delicious, especially with the crunchy granola.

Their free spirit decorations bring a calming vibe to the establishment. The outside is decorated with magnificent live plants while the inside has wooden tables making an intimate and cozy restaurant perfect for breakfast or lunch. In addition, they sell artisan crafts made by locals and other natural products. Every member of their staff will greet you with a smile and make you feel at home. If you are looking for a nice and peaceful place to enjoy your breakfast, we highly recommend you visit Las Robles (The Oak Trees). It is located right on the main strip, Rojo Gomez and they are open every day at 7:00 AM.

Cafe Amancia

77580 Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo

If we are talking about breakfast then Café Amancia is a must. All their dishes are made with locally sourced ingredients which take the flavor to a whole new level. Their extensive menu makes it hard to pick a favorite but if you want to #experience the essence of Café Amancia then you must try their Motuleño style eggs- scrambled eggs with fried tortillas and beans, covered with a red sauce, and topped with fresh cheese, ham, fried plantains, and peas. Another tourists’ favorite is the Chilaquiles– a staple Mexican breakfast of tortilla chips covered in your choice of red or green salsa, topped with sour cream, fresh cheese, onion, and cilantro.

But of course, you can’t have breakfast without trying their coffee. Its unique and exotic

blend of the best coffee beans in Mexico makes its coffee the most exquisite in Puerto Morelos. You could also accompany your breakfast with one of their funny-named juices. Our favorites are Vampire (beet and carrot) and Orgasmic (mango, banana, blackberry).

Café Amancia recently launched a new website and we were thrilled to have helped refresh and redesign this brand.

Belleville

Carretera Federal Cancún – Tulum entre Av. Juarez y C. 1 Sur

The owner, Henry, was born and raised in France and decided to move to the Riviera Maya. He opened his first bakery in Playa del Carmen but after recognizing the immense growth that is happening in Puerto Morelos he opened Belleville in November 2021 on Ave. Niños Héroes.

The space is super cozy and it has both, a classic french bakery with baguettes for sale or a restaurant with an exquisite and delicious menu. You can drink your coffee inside or enjoy it on the sidewalk in front of the bakery.

You can tell by the smell as you walk into Bellville that you will find traditional European pastries freshly baked every day as well as delicious Mexican breakfasts like the chilaquiles which are one of our favorites.

A unique feature of this restaurant is you can enjoy a single egg benedict which leaves room for dessert!

*Reminder that they are closed on Mondays.
