Did you know that Mexico has lots of traditions to ring in the New Year? The tradition that unifies all Spanish-speaking countries is to eat 12 grapes just as the clock strikes midnight. This is to bring good luck to you each and every month. So be sure to partake in that tradition, wherever you decide to celebrate in Puerto Morelos this New Year’s Eve. La Sirena
Restaurant Bar l $$
It offers two excellent options to celebrate New Year’s Eve and receive 2023 with Live Music and great food! Inside the restaurant, you will have the à la carte menu available plus an open bar on the house, rounds of sandwiches, live music, and of course a toast at midnight. Or you can opt for the party on the Rooftop (may be sold out!) with a buffet menu, open bar, 2 live bands, and a toast! Choose the party that you like the most and start the year great! El Pirata
Organic Farm to Table – Traditional Mexican Cuisine l $$
Enjoy a unique four course Farm to Table Experience with Chef Karla at El Pirata Puerto Morelos to ring in the New Year. The ingredients come straight from their farm at Koox Ich Kool, just miles from the port. Seating can begin any time after 5pm with the 12 grapes and prosecco served for the midnight toast. Family-friendly atmosphere with their regular menu available a la carte, but the special NYE menu is limited to reservations only.

Chefs Daniel Ovadia and Miguel Angel Maya, together with Maitre Sommelier Alejandro Gracía created a special dinner to welcome 2023. Familiar delicacies and amazing hospitality from the staff await at Punta Corcho. You can make your reservation on their website.
Osteria Barroca
Italian l $$$
Ostería Barocca offers a 4-course New Year’s menu where you can choose an entree of wood-fired baked sea bass or grilled filet mignon. Additionally, it can’t be New Years without the traditional 12 grapes. Osteria offers an advance reservation price of $1,200 MX and if you decide after 12/25 the price is $1,400 MX.

KI Restaurante
If you want to start the year looking at the Caribbean Sea with a wonderful dinner, then you must visit Ojo de Agua restaurant. A 3-course menu, live music, New Year’s kit, and the 12 grapes for the toast. Plus 5 hours of open bar.
